Below is the policies for WorldWide Travel Inc.

  • Fare Guarantee :
    All airline fares are subject to change without prior notice .Fares are only guaranteed once the ticket is issued.
  • Forms of Payment
    At Worldwide Travel Inc. we accept the following forms of payment .
    1. All major credit cards , provided the airlines whose ticket is being issued accepts that credit card . Your agency is responsible for the transaction . Please print , fill in and fax us the credit card form.
    2. We cannot accept debit cards.
    3. When an airline does not accept a certain credit card , then payment shall be made by check or cash or an American Express credit card with a 4 percent surcharge.
    4. We do not accept third party credit cards.
    5. We do accept checks , however tickets are issued only after checks clear the bank This process takes about 10 days after we receive the check.
    6. You can also make a direct deposit to our Bank Of America bank account . Contact Worldwide Travel Inc. for details.
    7. Please write your ARC number on all forms of payment.
    8. A $ 25 dollar handling fee applies on all credit card sales.
  • Commission
    Our booking engine offers you our net rates , thus allowing you to set your own price and mark up to your passengers . Please note that all taxes and other applicable surcharges must be added to the net rates .
    In case of credit card purchases , you must tell us what amount to charge on the credit card and we will mail you your commission check .
  • Shipping and Delivery
    All tickets issued by us will be delivered by overnight courier with a nominal charge of $ 10 however when there are three or more tickets in one delivery , it will be free of charge.
  • Cancellations and changes
    After a ticket has been issued , airline penalties and our agency service fee of $ 25 dollars will apply to any change or cancellation . These penalties vary from one airline to another .
    Changes on the outbound flight are considered as a cancellation , therefore all cancellation charges and airline penalties apply.
  • Refunds
    All refunds on all refundable tickets will be processed by Worldwide Travel Inc. A refund process might take between 6 to 8 weeks . All tickets presented for refunds must be accompanied by the recall commission check . An administrative fee of $ 50 dollars will apply and will be deducted from all refunded amounts.
  • Responsibility
    Once a passenger is booked and ticketed , it is the responsibility of the retail agent or the passenger to contact the airline to give frequent flyer information or to request special meals or to arrange seating on board the aircraft.
  • Travel Documents
    Worldwide Travel Inc. or any of it’s employees or agents are not responsible for any passport or visa or any other documents required for their travel , all such documents are the responsibility of the passenger.
  • Disclaimer
    Worldwide Travel Inc. nor any of it’s employees or agents can not be held responsible for any liability or damage due to the negligence or error of an airline , nor can we be held responsible for any changes in airline schedule or cancellation of flights.
